Ordering Tickets Via Telephone
Ticket orders may be reserved via telephone
during normal business hours. Tickets ordered via telephone will be
placed on reserve, and will be held at the box office until they are
picked up and paid for. Your tickets must be picked up at least fifteen
minutes prior to curtain time, or they may be resold.
Ordering Tickets in Person
Tickets to any show may be picked up,
reserved, or purchased in person during regular business hours. The
box office is located in the lobby of the Bolton Theater.
Refunds and Exchanges
You may exchange tickets up to the day of
the performance, if other seats remain available for the performance
you wish to attend. We are also able to issue refunds for returned tickets.
Tickets Held at the Door
We will hold all reserved tickets until
fifteen minutes prior to performance time, at which point tickets may
be resold to accommodate patrons without tickets.
Latecomers
There is no guarantee that a latecomer
will have his or her seat available, even if he or she has already purchased
a ticket. Tickets are only valid when a patron arrives before the performance
starts. If you arrive late, your seats may have been resold to patrons
on a waiting list.
Why? Because our theaters have a limited number of seats, we want to
be sure that they are as full as possible for each performance. We do
not want to turn away patrons who are at the theater but do not yet
have tickets if there are empty seats. We therefore recommend that you
plan to arrive at least fifteen minutes prior to performance time.
Sold-Out Performances
If a performance is sold out, a waiting
list will be started at the Box Office one hour prior to performance
time. Tickets frequently become available as we resell reserved tickets
which have not been picked up fifteen minutes prior to performance time
as well as the seats of those persons not seated by curtain time. You
are encouraged to put your name on a waiting list, EVEN IF YOU BELIEVE
A PERFORMANCE IS SOLD OUT. We rarely turn away patrons from our performance
and will make every effort to get you a seat.
